Ups and Downs
I believe our bodies must run in cycles. We have times when we are leaner and feeling healthy. We have times where we are breaking down. We have times when we bottom out and feel like a Hutt. We have times where we are on the upswing again but not yet at peak performance.
It is possible that the cycle may cheat you. You might not achieve peak health from your upswing. This is unfortunate, because it is possible that the floor of your cycle might have dropped too. It is hard to determine if this drop is caused mainly by age or the current constraints and stresses in life.
I am currently on an upswing and hope not to fall off the cliff too soon.
