Instant Green Tea

I never noticed it before walking through the store, but there it was with only one simple ingredient. Instant Green Tea!!! Cool! Now I don't have to wait forever heating the water and seeping the the tea through the tea bag. This process usually sends me back to drinking coffee which sends me back to drinking those nasty diet sodas. The switch to instant green tea over diet sodas should make me healthier.

So if I choose a healthier option, then I am likelier to be healthy, right? Isn't that a better way to be healthy than getting sick imbibing poor choices, going to the doctor, and taking medicines? Then why is there a push to increase medicine by nationalizing health care? Why do we want more of the same medical care when our country is so unhealthy? Why not look to populations where the people are healthy and living long healthy lives? What are they doing? What are they eating? Let us mimic these behaviors rather than punish ourselves with medicines, high costs, and illness.

I highly question the motivations of our politicians. Someone has a lot of money to gain by promoting medical care. Keep us sick. Throw me a burger and a remote. How about a McDonald's burger that has been entirely cloned from the burger right before it while I watch American Idle... pun intended. Gross.

Our national food standards are tainted by the food industry and so are our politicians. Even our nutritionists are propagating the problem by recommending the ill standards that were taught to them. And exercise? It was a beautiful evening tonight and I was the only one out running... again. I didn't even go late this time.

Where is that I've Got Sunshine posting anyway?
